Seller obligations
The information and documents provided must be accurate and complete. SIFA Seller Management / Administration will review the application and supporting documents.
Product quality
All products listed on SIFA must be new, genuine and of acceptable quality.
Counterfeit and fake products
Counterfeit, fake, unlawfully copied or misrepresented products are strictly prohibited. SIFA may suspend listings, restrict seller accounts and refer matters to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Commission and processing fees
Applicable seller commissions and processing fees are governed by the current SIFA seller platform settings and applicable terms.
